What type of paper and printing do you use?

Each print is produced using giclée printing on archival-quality fine art paper with a natural white, matte finish. The paper has a slightly textured, watercolour-like surface, giving the artwork a rich, tactile quality that enhances architectural detail.

I only work with small, independent print studios that I've handpicked through trial and error — prioritizing craftsmanship, consistency, and environmental responsibility.

Is the frame included?

No — prints are sold unframed so you can choose a frame that suits your space and personal style. This also keeps shipping safer and more affordable.

That said, if you’d prefer to receive your print framed, I can arrange that through my trusted print partners. Just get in touch for a custom quote — I’m happy to help with bespoke requests.

What size is the print?

All prints are available in A3 / 11x14 inches/ 297 x 420 millimeters. This size was chosen to highlight architectural detail while being easy to frame. Please check product listings for specific dimensions.

How is the print packaged and shipped?

Each print is carefully packaged flat in a rigid, protective card envelope to prevent any bending or damage during transit. I include a backing board and tissue wrap (or similar protection) to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

Do you ship internationally?

I currently ship to the UK and Europe only. Shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout, and all orders are sent with tracking for peace of mind.

If you're based outside these regions and are interested in a print, feel free to get in touch — I may be able to accommodate special requests on a case-by-case basis.

What if my print arrives damaged?

If your print arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days with photos of the damage and packaging. I’ll gladly arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

As each print is made to order, I do not offer returns. However, if you’re unhappy for any reason, please reach out — I want you to love your print and will make it right where possible.

Can I request a custom size or commission?

Yes — I accept a limited number of custom commissions or alternate sizes. Contact me directly with your request and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
